Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Navigator Kazakhstan LLP collects through navigatorkz.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with and what rights you have. It is written to meet the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and its Protection", and to inform visitors from the EEA and the UK as required by the GDPR.

Who is responsible for your data

Navigator Kazakhstan LLP, Baitursynova 16, office 1, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, is the owner and operator of the personal data described here.

For any question about this policy or about your data, write to info@navigatorkz.com or call +7 (727) 390 73 81.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the enquiry form on this site: your name, your company, your work email address, the product you are interested in, your estimated volume and your message.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any special category data — health, biometric, religious or similar information.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and continue the business correspondence that follows from it.

Under Kazakh law our basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. For visitors in the EEA or the UK, the basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@navigatorkz.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

Who receives it, and transfers abroad

The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-to-email service, and then reaches our company email accounts. Both providers operate outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, so submitting the form involves a cross-border transfer of your data.

By ticking the consent box you agree to that transfer, as required by Article 16 of the Kazakh personal data law. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to manage any business relationship that results, and after that only where a law or an accounting or tax obligation requires it. When neither applies, the correspondence is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected, ask us to block or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email info@navigatorkz.com and we will respond within the period the law allows.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may complain to the authorised state body for personal data protection in the Republic of Kazakhstan, or — if you are in the EEA or the UK — to your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and update the date shown above.
